In view of the accommodating nature of work and the divergent perspectives by which people, religion, culture and communities interprets the meaning of work, the institute carefully developed the curriculum around some core areas and is taught in 196 hours period of 14 weeks. These core areas are

  12. Week12: Leadership & decision making
  13. Week 13: Rest, Leisure and vacations
  14. Week 14: Location and on site education/visits

One month practical attachment to organizations of participants choice.
